by robert
(western australia)

hi i was just wondering if working hostels take australian people in wa or darwin. i have plenty of experience in farm work and i'm used to long and hot days. i can drive tractors and forklifts + other machinery. i havent got licence for a car so i'm looking at any hostel that needs workers thanks.

Hi Robert, I am an Australian also and have stayed at alot of working backpacker hostels. I think you will have no problems i sometimes did try and sound like I was from England when booking in over the phone but. some places do prefer not to have Australians there. Once you are there if you show respect to everyone you will be welcomed. I see your from Western Australia, I stayed at Donnybrook, Margret River and Carnavon. Just check out my WA section for fruit picking and the contact details are there.
