wanting to be a fruit picker

Hi good day. I just have a question,I'm male 29yrs old living right now here in the philippines searching for a job, until now i don't have a job so decided to look abroad. I want to work in your country in any location as fruit picker.what should i do to be able to succeed my intention.hope you could help me. Please..thanks
