super funds?

I did fruit picking here 5 years ago and a s.h.a.r. superannuation reserve fund was set up, can i still claim back my super now? i have a form from the a.t.o, telling me i have this money somewhere, but how do i get it? im back over here, having a ball by the way, but could really do with the dosh as funds are yet again low! m
any help would be greatly appreciated!
