Spider free farm work...?

Hi, I am looking to extend my working holiday visa but I am TERRIFIED of spiders and will not be able to handle scary bugs!

I was hoping to do it in Tasmania so it will not be as hot.

Someone told me I could get a job in a greenhouse planting seeds and stuff, but I haven't been able to find any online... any tips?!
