I am about to start work in a strawberry field and i CANNOT do it if there are large spiders lurking in the crops. I will vomit, its a reaction i have to seeing spiders as i have a sever phobia of them. Are there many spiders in Strawberry plants?

Yes there are alot of spiders, ants and other insects. This is the same for any fruit picking area, maybe you could ask to be placed in the packing shed. Then again there could be a few lurking there also.
