Mango fruit picking

It has been said to me that if you work 5 weeks on the mango farms you get your second year visa due to the problems the rash and burning you can have. Is this true?

Sorry i haven't heard about the 5 weeks but I don't think it's true, it is 3 month for everybody, also you only get a rash and burning if you don't take precautions.
