looking for experience and 2nd years visa

I'm a French lady (20 years)arrive in Australia in beginning of September 2010. I was in Brisbane at first during a month and have visited around (gold cost and sunshine coast, Byron Bay...).
I'm in Darwin since a month but i'm looking for the experience of fruits picking in the Northern territory or anywhere else.
I'm fit and dynamic,i'm ready to work during long hours and do some repetitive work...

I'm looking for the experience of fruits picking and why not to get a second years visa. (I'm a working visa holidays).
