Hilton Head Wonderland is a beautiful resort in South Carolina. It is not like any popular places you might have seen. Many call it "a paradise" and not without a reason.
It was originally built with a thought that the developments would not intrude into the natural beauty of the island. Most of the nature preserves have been saved! Many nature tours are offered but you can also explore by yourself.
The beach all around the island is breath taking, wide with white, hard sand so you can also enjoy it walking or even biking.
Hilton Head is famous for it's golf facilities. Harbour Town Golf Links became a home to The Verizon Heritage Tournament taking place every year. Golf courses are all around the island offering challenges to golfers of different skills.
The island is known to be a wonderful vacation destination for families offering a variety of attractions for different age groups. Beach, golf, tennis, water sports, biking routes, fishing, shopping and lots of sun and warm ocean water for everyone!
