Fruit picking

I am Gilbert,a Filipino, and presently lives here in the Philippines. I wish to work in Australia as a fruit picker, I am 52 years old but still very healthy and active. I am a farmer by nature but want to work in Australia, for a change, and to earn money for my children who are studying in colleges, three of them. Three are in high school, but my income here can't cope for their schools expenses. Can I work there in Australia? What processes must I make to get in your country to work as fruit picker.
