Hi Gilbert, I only supply details of working backpacker hostels I don't set any work up for people or arrange visa's. You would have to get in touch with a farmer for sponsorship or an immigration agent. The first choice is very hard to arrange and the second choice is very expensive to arrange and you may not still get in and lose all the money you paid.
