fruit picking january-march

Hey, im planning on travelling oz from january through to june next year but dont really know where to start..? what kind of jobs can i apply for and how easy/hard is it to find work at this time? i do want to move around a bit to see the country and i do want to do some fruit picking along the way! could you suggest a good place to start and where i should make my way around to? the warmer the better!
